Environmental Assessments

Our planners are adept at assessing the potential impacts of a development project on the natural and human environment and finding thoughtful mitigation measures.  We work under the National Environmental Policy Act and the Montana Subdivision and Platting Act.  We assess potential impacts on the natural and human environment for affordable housing projects and assist non-profit groups with state and federal compliance.  We also provide thorough and cost-effective environmental and community impact reports for subdividers that gauge potential impacts and offer common sense solutions to mitigate the impacts.
