Zoning and Subdivision Regulations
Our planners have reviewed hundreds of subdivision and zoning applications and have submitted dozens of applications on behalf of developers. As practitioners, we have a deep understanding of subdivision and zoning statutes and keep up to date on current practice. Although we tend to start with proven templates that keep client costs low, there is no one-size-fits-all set of rules. Our zoning and subdivision regulations reflect the community’s design and process priorities, while being as clear and complete as possible. We emphasize graphics and charts to minimize text and provide straight forward rules and procedures.
